TESCA ANDREW-WASYLIK
Pelvic Health Physiotherapist
Tesca Andrew-Wasylik found her passion working with the pre/postnatal population as well as active females who experience pelvic pain and/or incontinence.
Tesca was a competitive gymnast, soccer player, and track athlete before she played with Team Canada for 5 years and professionally in Romania. Since finishing her National Team career she keeps active with parkour, tennis, cycling, volleyball, and running. She most recently completed her first full Ironman.
She is a certified personal trainer with specialized training in pre/postnatal fitness. She has post-graduate training in pelvic health, vestibular rehab, acupuncture/dry needling, and concussion management. Whatever your goal, she is here to listen and work together to form an individualized plan. She can’t wait to meet you!

KANUPRIYA GARG
Pelvic Health Physiotherapist
Priya is an international graduate in Physiotherapy from India and has been practicing as a Physiotherapist in Canada since 2017. She believes that every patient is unique and makes her patients feel comfortable with her warm personality and friendly approach establishing a meaningful connection with patients. Priya is a passionate and evidence-based Pelvic Physiotherapist. She is proficient in various languages including English, Hindi and Punjabi. She enjoys reading, staying active and listening to music in her spare time.

KRISTI KONDUROS
Pelvic Health Physiotherapist
Kristi completed her Honours Bachelor of Physical and Health Education at Queen’s University in 2017 and Master of Science in Physical Therapy at Western University in 2020. Kristi has worked with a diverse population; from high-performance university athletes, to seniors’ care, and pelvic health. Kristi traveled with the Queen’s Women’s Soccer team to 2 university championships, trained the Queen's Men’s Football team, and during her time at Western was the trainer for the Junior Mustangs Football Team. After achieving her master’s degree, she focused on continuing education in Pelvic Health Physiotherapy, completing her Level 1, 2 and 3A through Pelvic Health Solutions, as well as Dr. Nicole Cozean’s ‘Pelvic Health Essentials’ and Julie Wiebe’s ‘Piston Science courses. Kristi is passionate about treatment that empowers patients to achieve their rehab and fitness goals. Kristi’s treatment style emphasizes restored function through education, manual releases, as well as comprehensive exercise and proprioception retraining for optimal recovery. Kristi will work with you to establish specific goals and a tailored treatment plan. Outside of work, Kristi is a CrossFit athlete, enjoys watching Netflix, and if not found doing those things she’s hanging out with her family and her Bernese x Husky dog, Siggy.

Dr. Growse is an expert when it comes to managing pre and post natal aches and pains. Whether you are experiencing low back pain, pelvic girdle pain, or symphisis pubic pain, she has the tools to help you find relief. She is experienced in several techniques including: spinal mobilizations, myofascial release, acupuncture, K-tape, exercises for birth preparation and posture.
